-What Shipment method do you use, and how long does it take to deliver?

   We ship via First Class USPS, and our custom jewelry usually arrives in 7 ~ 9     business days.

 

-How much do you charge for shipping?

   At the moment we charge a flat rate of $5 per order.

 

-What is your return policy?

   Due to the nature of personalized items, we are unable to accept returns.
   However, if you are not happy with your order or if it sustains any damage           during shipping, feel free to return it and have it exchanged with another one.

 

-Can I place orders in bulk?

   Yes, depending on your business needs, we would be able to accept orders       via CSV file. Please contact us for this request.
